We are very pleased that we have been awarded the German Gas Industry Innovation Prize 2022 in the “Efficient Application Technology” category for the H2 Micromix burner project! The prize was awarded for the 22nd time under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Education and Research, Bettina Stark-Watzinger.

Thanks to B&B-AGEMA's design and simulation project work, this technology was able to be further developed for use in real gas turbine conditions in stationary gas turbines. This is the result of a long-term collaboration that began in 2010 with the signing of an eight-year cooperation agreement between Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI), the Institute for Steam and Gas Turbines (IDG) at RWTH Aachen University and B&B-AGEMA GmbH to develop combustion technology for hydrogen gas turbines.
